At ROAM, we want you to travel with confidence, which is why we offer a 100-day trial period for all our custom and ready-to-ship luggage. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide free returns and exchanges within the United States.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label to ensure your return journey is seamless and free of charge.
Pack Your Luggage
Place your suitcase back in its original protective dust bag and shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our workshop, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
